Often, dermatitis is not caused simply by one factor. There is initial skin irritation followed by secondary bacterial or fungal infection. Our Scratches Medication treats the infection and has soothing ingredients and lanolin to protect the integrity of inflamed skin.
If dermatitis is on the lower limb, clip the area, wash with a dermatitis shampoo, rinse, towel dry and apply. If the cream begins to dry out over time, add a small amount of water to revive the consistency.
Available in 8oz. jars. Use only as directed.

I gave the one star review because one container came broken. I hadn’t contacted the store directly and they already sent me a new container to replace broken container and lid. I appreciate that they fixed it. That is good customer service.
it was packed tightly in a box, two 8 oz containers. The lid and container split because there was no padding and it must have been subjected to weight/pressure.
I’ve been tied up with Christmas but put a plastic bag around it for now. One container was fine, the other one ruined.
