Not As Advertised

I gave a three rating because these are not the Ariat Coniston GTX boots that they were advertised to be and I thought I’d ordered. The GTX have Goretex linings and an inch taller in the shaft than the Ariat Coniston Max Waterproof boot. The Ariat Con Max boots that I received instead are very lovely and quality boots as well, with a tall shaft, and I would rate a five IF this was what I had ordered. I appreciate you’re asking. In my case, either boot will work, yet one does feel a little deceived. Was this an advertising error or hoped that one wouldn’t know the difference?

I saw your review on these boots today and want to apologize. The listing we have on our website is accurate but the sync to Ebay must have glitched - these are marketed only as the Max on our site - I am not sure why the Ebay description was off - but I have removed these from our Ebay store and will reload with the correct information - we by NO means meant this to be a scam or misrepresentation of the boot. As a long time Ariat dealer, we take pride in our representation of the brand and I wish you would have reached out directly after receiving the boots so we could clarify and clear this issue up. I will send you a return label for the boots if you could just box them back up and leave with your mail carrier - once back we will do a full refund. The boot option you are looking for was the previous model that we aren't able to get anymore, otherwise I would offer you a replacement. Again, I apologize for this Ebay related issue and would like to make it right to you. You will see a mailing label come through shortly.
