Full Cheek Stainless steel Eggbutt Dr. Bristol. The flat center link provides extra pressure on the tongue. It is longer and more rectangular in shape than a French link which results in a slightly more severe effect on the tongue. It is also usually set at a slight angle to the plane of the bit. The 3 piece design adds pressure to the bars and lips.
